Terms of Service
These terms explain how Lumkaro helps you plan, build and host a website with Lumi, our AI assistant.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Give accurate account information, keep sign-in codes and credentials private, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
2. Building with AI
Review the scope and price before approving paid work. AI output can contain mistakes and may resemble other output. Check generated text, code, accessibility, security and business information before publishing. Lumkaro does not guarantee a particular business result or that a generated site meets every industry requirement.
3. Your content and generated sites
You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to deliver and support your projects. You may use and export generated output made available to you, subject to applicable law and any third-party or open-source licenses. We do not promise exclusive ownership of AI output or ownership of third-party materials.
4. Prices and payments
The amount and currency shown before checkout apply to that purchase. Building a site, requesting a paid change and hosting are separate services. Free allowances and included changes are limited as shown in your account. Hosting is a recurring monthly subscription when activated; review its price and renewal terms before paying. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Hosting and cancellation
An active hosting subscription is needed to keep a hosted site online. Cancel future renewal through Manage billing when available, or contact support. A cancellation takes effect as stated in the billing portal or confirmed by support. Failed payments or the end of a hosting period can cause your site to go offline. Export available code before ending hosting if you want to move it elsewhere.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Lumkaro for phishing, scams, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized collection of personal data. Do not bypass limits or access another customer's project. You are responsible for your site's content, business practices, permissions and any notices or consents required for its visitors.
7. Problems and service changes
Report a failed build, billing error or defect with the affected project and a description of the problem. See the Refund Policy for the remedies. We may restrict abusive use, suspend a site or account for security or legal reasons, and change the service. Where practicable, we will explain an action and provide a way to ask for review.
8. Your legal rights
The service is provided subject to its available capabilities. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required.
