Refund Policy
This policy separates one-time build or change fees from recurring hosting.
1. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, report it with the account email, project and payment reference. We will investigate and refund a confirmed billing error. Never send a full card number, password or sign-in code.
2. Paid work that has not started
Request cancellation within 14 days of payment if the paid build or change has not started. After verifying that no paid work was delivered, we will refund that fee. A request does not itself cancel work already in progress.
3. Failed builds and defects
If a paid build fails to deliver usable output because of a Lumkaro error, we will offer a retry without another build fee or refund the affected fee when delivery cannot be completed. Report a defect against the approved scope within 14 days of delivery. Fixing a confirmed defect we introduced does not count as a new paid feature request. New requirements and later changes are separate work.
4. Completed work
A change of preference after work is delivered is not automatically refundable. A generated site may require review and iteration. This does not limit remedies for defective service, misleading descriptions or other rights that apply under law.
5. Hosting subscriptions
Cancel future renewal through Manage billing when available, or contact support. Hosting payments are not normally refunded or prorated for a partially used billing period. Confirmed duplicate charges or a hosting service that could not be provided will be reviewed for a refund. The cancellation date and access end date shown by the billing portal or support determine when hosting stops.
6. Requesting and receiving a refund
Include the account email, affected project, payment reference and a short explanation. Send requests to support@lumkaro.com. The owner reviews refund requests manually; these pages do not issue refunds automatically. An approved refund is returned through the payment processor to the original payment method where supported; bank and processor timing can vary.
7. Mandatory rights
This policy does not remove cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you under law. Any mandatory protections take priority over these commercial rules.
